Tesla owner proposes Grok voice transcription for Messages app
A feature request suggests Tesla integrate Grok's speech-to-text capabilities to improve reliability of in-car voice messaging.

A Tesla owner on X is requesting that the automaker use Grok's speech-to-text capabilities to improve voice transcription in the in-car Messages app. The user noted that voice transcription in Tesla's Messages app "has been really unreliable for a while now" and suggested that with Grok "now taking a bigger role within the vehicle infotainment stack," Tesla could tap the AI system to upgrade the feature.
