Tesla has discontinued the white interior color option for the Model 3 across China, Australia, and New Zealand, replacing it with a new Zen Grey interior, according to Sawyer Merritt on X.
The change affects all Model 3 trims in those markets. Alongside the interior swap, Tesla is now outfitting every Model 3 trim with an all-black headliner and the larger 16-inch screen as standard equipment in the same regions.
The updates represent a shift in Tesla's interior offerings for the Asia-Pacific market, though the company has not publicly detailed the reasoning behind the discontinuation or the timing of the rollout.
"Tesla has discontinued the white interior color option for all Model 3 trims sold in China, Australia and New Zealand and replaced it with Zen Grey interior color. Also, all Model 3 trims now come standard with an all-black headliner and the larger 16" screen in China, Australia and New Zealand. Below are photos of the new Zen Grey interior shown on the Model 3 Performance with the new black hea"— X · @SawyerMerritt
