Tesla completes nearly a year of FSD Supervised testing in Sweden
The automaker has validated its autonomous driving system across Nordic weather, city streets, and rural roads.

Tesla Europe announced that FSD Supervised has undergone nearly a year of testing in Sweden, covering a range of real-world driving scenarios across the Nordic region. The testing has included complex city street navigation, rural road conditions, and the full spectrum of Nordic weather patterns—from the mild to the severe.
The test program validates how Tesla's driver-assistance system performs when exposed to Sweden's variable climate and infrastructure. By running the system through an extended evaluation period in such conditions, Tesla gathers data on how FSD Supervised handles the decision-making required in European driving environments, where road layouts, signage, and traffic rules differ from North American testing grounds.
Sweden joins other European markets where Tesla has been rolling out FSD Supervised features. The extended testing cycle suggests the company is taking a methodical approach to market introduction in regions with distinct seasonal challenges and driving norms.
