Model Y L Premium AWD EPA range confirmed higher than initially listed
The long-range variant now shows 332 miles on 19" wheels, up from the original 325-mile estimate.

Tesla's Model Y L Premium AWD has received its official EPA range rating, with results exceeding earlier estimates across both wheel options.
According to Sawyer Merritt on X, the base 19-inch wheel configuration is now rated at 332 miles of EPA range, up from the originally listed 325 miles. The 20-inch wheel variant carries a 328-mile rating, compared to the prior 320-mile figure. The efficiency difference between wheel sizes amounts to just a 4-mile penalty for the larger wheels.
The upgrades suggest Tesla's efficiency tuning for this variant has improved since the initial estimates were published. EPA range ratings are typically conservative and based on standardized testing, so revisions upward are notable.
