Grok, xAI's AI assistant, is now integrated into Tesla vehicles, enabling drivers to place orders through voice commands while using Full Self-Driving. A user demonstrated the feature by ordering Starbucks without touching a phone: "I used it to order Starbucks while FSD drove. No phone, just voice. Confirmed the drink and total, then it placed the order."

The integration appears to function as an in-car concierge. After the driver states what they want, Grok confirms the item and price before completing the transaction. The user called it "the first thing that actually feels like the car can run an errand with you."

The feature is currently rolling out to SuperGrok Heavy subscribers, with plans to expand access across additional subscription tiers. The driver who tested it invited public input on what else should be tested for ordering through the system.

"Grok @bot is in the Tesla now. I used it to order Starbucks while FSD drove. No phone, just voice. Confirmed the drink and total, then it placed the order. This is the first thing that actually feels like the car can run an errand with you. Currently available to SuperGrok Heavy subscribers, with more tiers to follow Let me know what I should test ordering next from the car! If you have any q"— X · @DevinOlsenn
